Our client a well known Financial Services Firm is seeking a Senior Collateral & Securities Lending Operations Analyst in their New York, New York Location

Typical Day in Role:

• Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen relationships and leverage internal systems, tools, and knowledge.
• Support Tri-Party repo deals by allocating, substituting, and monitoring collateral activity through Access Edge.
• Track monthly fails and generate TMPG letters; validate repo broker billing.
• Reconcile daily transactions between internal platforms and DTCC.
• Resolve settlement and collateral discrepancies through direct counter party engagement and contract comparison.
• Monitor and manage exposure using Global1, Loanet, Access Edge, and Equilend.
• Maintain Noncash and E4E balances within defined DSL limits.
• Oversee Stock Loan International business, including cash/noncash activity, prepays, settlements, and mark-to-markets.
• Coordinate monthly rebate collections and payments, resolving any variances.
• Execute monthly reconciliation and attestation processes.
• Ensure proper non-cash collateralization to mitigate firm risk and maintain regulatory compliance, avoiding capital charges and reporting issues.
• Apply risk management principles in daily decision-making, aligned with the firm’s risk appetite and culture.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory frameworks (AML/ATF, conduct risk, operational risk).
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive team environment that attracts, develops, and retains talent.
• Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and collaboration across the team.
• Seek and provide ongoing coaching and actionable feedback to support individual and team development.
