Vice President / Director - Bridge Lending Originations | Tier One Private Credit - NYC

Tranham Partners is excited to be supporting a Tier One Private Credit platform based in NYC as they look to expand their bridge‑lending team with several senior hires, ranging from Vice President to Director.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending, with a strong track record in bridge lending and/or private credit, preferably with significant multifamily experience.
• Excellent academics from an accredited institution.
• Proven ability to source and originate loans independently, including cultivating relationships with brokers, developers, and institutional investors.
• Highly proficient in Excel and financial modeling, with the ability to build, review, and interpret complex underwriting and valuation models.
• Entrepreneurially minded, collaborative, and team‑oriented professional able to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast‑moving organization.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex financial information to senior stakeholders and investment committees.

Responsibilities:

• Source, originate, and structure multifamily and commercial real estate bridge loans, building a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Lead underwriting and execution of bridge loans, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and loan structuring.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on prospective borrowers and properties, including market research, rent comps, and historical performance analysis.
• Prepare investment memoranda, credit memos, and presentations for internal investment committees and external investors.
• Manage relationships with brokers, developers, and other external partners to identify new lending opportunities.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior team members, supporting their development and contribution to the platform.
• Drive strategic initiatives to expand and optimize the firm’s bridge‑lending platform, including process improvements and market research.
