Pricing Analyst - Elite Law Firm

Our elite global Law Firm is seeking to recruit a Pricing Analyst to provide financial analysis, budgeting and pricing support to firm's pricing and billing teams.

• Provide financial analysis, budgeting and pricing support to firm's pricing and billing teams
• Utilize existing models and develop new models to prepare legal matter budget estimates
• Analyze and maintain client fee agreements and work with the billing team to answer any rate related inquiries
• Ensure client and matter fee arrangements are implemented accurately
• Analyze pricing provisions and make recommendations for potential revisions
• Analyze and develop matter, portfolio and client reports
• Interact with attorneys regarding fee arrangements, pricing, budgeting, and reporting
• Perform custom rate analysis required for RFP responses and client negotiations
• Collaborate with partners to update client level arrangements and agreements
• Assist with the annual review of firm standard rates
• Contribute to best practices, process improvements and automation projects
• Complete ad hoc projects as required

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of financial analysis, budget analysis or pricing analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL experience is a plus
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to analyze and synthesize complex data
• Highly motivated and detail oriented
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Legal industry experience is a plus
