Senior Recruiter - Hedge Fund in Midtown
Our client, a global hedge fund based in New York, is looking for a mid-level recruiter to focus on investment, quant, risk and front office roles. This is a sole contributor role that will partner closely with senior professionals as well as external recruiters.
Ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in recruiting in the financial services space.
Responsibilities- Source and assess candidates for investment, quant, risk, and front office positions.
- Partner with senior leaders within the hedge fund and external recruiters to meet hiring needs.
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruiting process, including outreach, interview coordination, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and provide regular reporting on progress.
- 5–10 years of experience recruiting in the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of roles in investment, quantitative research, risk management, and front‑office functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple hiring projects.
