Senior Legal & Compliance Researcher @ Partnership Employment
Retail bank located in Midtown Manhattan looking to bring on board a “Call Center Payments Representative” to join their team.
Responsibilities- Receive and process consumer claims related to ATM withdrawals, ACH transfers, and debit card transactions. All must align strictly with Regulation E guidelines and the bank’s internal protocols.
- Interface directly with customers, handling inquiries about electronic payments—this includes guiding them through the claims process.
- Support both clients and internal staff regarding claim processing, including tasks like card issuance or cancellations.
- Collaborate in investigations of fraud or disputes—ATM fraud, ATM shortages, and debit card issues—all while maintaining full compliance with Reg E and internal procedures.
