Serve as key point of contact with FLUs to assist in managing their third‑party portfolios through all phases of third‑party risk management’s life cycle.

Include but are not limited to:

• Support Department AVP’s. with meeting daily, weekly and monthly department requirements.
• Maintain effective relationships with FLUs, including VRO’s
• Responsible for process execution / facilitation including due diligence, risk assessment, contracting an ongoing monitoring incl. any Third-Party Events / Incidents
• Stay actively involved with assigned VRO’s, SME’s and other stakeholders and assist with standard and ad‑hoc reporting
• Shepherd the request for new third parties, new product services, or new contracts through the process (One Trust workflows)
• Actively monitor remediation plans through discussions with TPRM AVP’s, FLUs, TPO groups and third parties
• Actively monitor and manage reassessments
• Assist with all other Third‑Party Risk Management relate issues

• Bachelor degree required at the time of hiring;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Internship experiences in financial services preferred.
• Internship experiences in Third‑Party Risk preferred.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong problem‑solving skills and ability to learn and work with minimal direction.

Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.

USD $50,000.00 – USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
