Financial Analyst – Global Fin Tech | Digital Payments

New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Our client is one of the fastest-growing global Fin Tech companies reshaping how digital payments and financial infrastructure work across borders. With expanding U.S. operations and a growing presence across Asia (including China, Hongkong, UK), they are looking for a Financial Analyst to take ownership of core reporting, reconciliation, and treasury processes.

This is a high-impact, internal-facing role where you’ll work closely with leadership, gain international exposure, and help strengthen financial integrity in a fast-moving environment.

• Own daily reconciliation of transmission liabilities — ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across multiple markets.
• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with U.S. and state-level regulatory requirements and manage the expectations.
• Experienced in preparing full financial statements from trial balance

• Support liquidity monitoring and capital adequacy reporting.
• Partner with tech and data teams to automate workflows and improve reporting accuracy.
• Contribute to regulatory audits and compliance reviews.
• Drive a compliance-first mindset in everything you do.

• 3–5 years of experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, or accounting
  , ideally within Fin Tech, payments, or financial services
  .
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA track a plus).
• Advanced Excel and comfort working with data tools or financial systems.
• Detail-driven with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Mandarin Chinese fluency is strongly required as you’ll collaborate with finance and regulatory teams across Asia.

• $80K–$90K base + performance bonus
