Position Overview: We seek an AVP candidate to support Senior Loan Administrators in managing a diverse portfolio of CRE loans, including construction, syndications, CMBS, and other debt financings. You will collaborate with Asset Management, Portfolio Management, and Servicing teams to oversee complex real estate loan portfolios.
Responsibilities include:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of industry experience, with at least 1+ years at a senior associate level.
- 2+ years in CRE, Loan Servicing, or related fields.
- Construction loan experience required.
- Knowledge of cash management and waterfalls preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Understanding of real estate finance structures.
The salary range is $115,000 - $140,000 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits including PTO, health insurance, and 401K.
