Job Overview

We’re hiring a Mortgage Data Entry Assistant to support the mortgage team by entering, reviewing, and maintaining large volumes of applicant information. This role ensures all mortgage-related data is accurate, complete, and compliant before underwriting review.

• Enter applicant information (income, employment, identity, property details) into mortgage systems.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of documents before submission.
• Update records, correct inconsistencies, and track changes.
• Coordinate with loan officers and processors to clarify missing or unclear details.
• Maintain organized digital files and follow strict data‑handling procedures.
• Generate basic data reports for teams as required.

• Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of data entry best practices.
• Basic knowledge of mortgage processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and CRM or LOS systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks.
