Base 100-175k + bonus

Quick process, 2 to 3 rounds....must be ready to make a move!

For a junior hire, I can also look at someone with less experience with CLO indentures and reporting, and focus on someone with a stronger background in settlements for loans, bonds, and equity.....would need working experience with Clearpar

• Perform daily portfolio reviews and reconciliations with the trustee and admin
• Reconciliation of monthly CLO reporting and quarterly distributions
• Monitor portfolio corporate actions and ensure the proper actions and updates are done
• Closely monitor deals and warehouse cash balances and prepare drawdown requests
• Involvement in new issue CLO warehouse management, closing date, and effective date
• Support Capital Markets/Structuring team in CLO transactions, including new issues/ resets
• Run hypothetical trades to ensure compliance with CLO indentures
• Reconcile open trades and monitor the trade settlement process for loans, bonds, and equity
• Work with fund accountants and administrators to resolve any bank loan-related differences
• Assist with ad hoc projects, reporting, and analysis as assigned

• 3-15 years of operations experience in banking, audit, or CLO/fixed income manager
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Knowledge of CLO indenture compliance and reporting
• Experience with Sentry, Wall Street Office, Markit, or other loan processing systems
• Familiarity with Clearpar
