Experience:

7-15 years at top tier bank/hedge fund with CLO, Private Credit/Syndicated Loan asset class knowledge. On site NYC, US Citizen or Green Card only.

• Lead project pipeline between Operations & Middle Office and Technology; plan, coordinate and supervise projects from initiation to implementation, including projects related to Loans/CLOs operational workflows.
• Collaborate with various team members across departments to define project scope and objectives, develop detailed work plans and deliver project artifacts as needed.
• Anticipate and identify project issues / risks and recommend effective solutions.
• Provide regular reporting covering project / program status including major deliverables and risk factors.
• Lead project budgets and resource allocations.
• Create effective presentations for senior management, synthesizing raw data into meaningful information.
• Complete ad hoc requests as needed.

• 7+ years in a project management role within a financial services firm.
• Subject matter expertise in Loans and/or Collateralized Loan Obligations.
• Working knowledge of WSO software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (concise & eloquent).
• Detail oriented; demonstrate thoroughness and strong ownership of work.
• Proven understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
• Knowledge of trading workflows, operations, technology and financial products.
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in a structured manner.
• Proficient in project management tools and standard methodologies.
• Consistent record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Teammate with a strong willingness to participate and help others.
• Proven relationship building skills and the ability to lead and motivate.
• Able to prioritize in a fast paced, high pressure, constantly evolving environment – strong sense of urgency.
