Job Overview

At Bank of America, we are guided by a common purpose to help make financial lives better through the power of every connection. We do this by driving responsible growth and delivering for our clients, teammates, communities, and shareholders every day.

Being a great place to work is core to how we drive responsible growth. This includes our commitment to being an inclusive workplace, attracting and developing exceptional talent, supporting our teammates’ physical, emotional, and financial wellness, recognizing and rewarding performance, and how we make an impact in the communities we serve.

Bank of America is committed to an in‑office culture with specific requirements for office‑based attendance and an appropriate level of flexibility for our teammates and businesses based on role‑specific considerations.

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins by obtaining your securities industry licenses. You will receive dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. Once you obtain your licenses, you will be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor – from acquiring, building, and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives.

Once you have reached your key milestones, you will begin working in a financial center where you will help to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care approach. The Academy will support you along the way with dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey.

This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. If you are engaged in residential loan mortgage originations, you must register with, and remain in good standing with, the federal registry system. Failure to maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.
