Thorpe Commercial Capital
is an independent, privately-owned commercial real estate finance and advisory firm. We provide commercial real estate debt and equity finance to owners and investors across all property types nationwide.
- Develops loan applications by evaluating applicant information and documentation.
- Builds relationships with local and national referral sources from our leads and yours.
- Prospecting and maintaining dialogues with sponsor groups, financial intermediaries, Bank Loan Officers, businesses, accountants, attorneys and other centers of influence.
- Develop and maintain a direct calling database of prospects.
Requirements (Must have one or more proven time frames):
- Commercial loan Credit Analyst (Minimum 1 Year)
- Commercial loan administration (Minimum 3-5 Years)
Bonus points if: Formal commercial loan credit training and credit analysis is preferred. Most have or willing to acquire a Real Estate Salespersons License on us. Bachelor's degree:
Finance, Accounting or Economics. On-going company training provided. Income is solely commission driven ($150,000 yr.). Some commissions paid up front. Thorpe Commercial Capital is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
