** Job Responsibilities
*** Preparation and review of tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, S and C-corporations
* Familiarity with Subchapter K rules
* Ability to identify and research common tax issues that arise in client engagements
* Identify key planning opportunities throughout the year and develop a framework for tax strategies that best align with client needs and goals
* Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements
* Support the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and budgets
* Build on strong coaching skills to mentor key talent
** Requirements
* ** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or related discipline
* Minimum of 2 years of US tax consulting/compliance experience within public accounting
* Experience with a wide variety of entity types
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Master's Degree in Taxation
