• Client Engagement
  :
  Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management. Ensure consistent communication and progress tracking.
• Financial Strategy Development
  :
  Understand clients’ financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies and offer clear recommendations.
• Product & Service Consultation
  :
  Discuss tailored financial products and services aligned to clients’ unique situations.
• Location & Schedule
  :
  In‑office presence required with flexible schedule to maximize productivity.

• Develop and manage client relationships through networking and portfolio management.
• Create personalized financial strategies based on client objectives and risk tolerance.
• Present investment products and services that match client needs.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Licensing
  :
  State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
• Communication
  :
  Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Motivation
  :
  Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others’ lives.
• Collaboration
  :
  Ability to work with top performers and learn from them.
• Work Authorization
  :
  Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• FINRA sponsorship to obtain required licensing.
• 120‑day comprehensive training period.

• Stable pay: $34,500 annually with biweekly schedule.
• Commissions and bonus eligible after training completion.
