Role Highlights- Client Engagement
:
Build and nurture client relationships through networking events and portfolio management. Ensure consistent communication and progress tracking. - Financial Strategy Development
:
Understand clients’ financial objectives and risk tolerance to devise personalized strategies and offer clear recommendations. - Product & Service Consultation
:
Discuss tailored financial products and services aligned to clients’ unique situations. - Location & Schedule
:
In‑office presence required with flexible schedule to maximize productivity.
- Develop and manage client relationships through networking and portfolio management.
- Create personalized financial strategies based on client objectives and risk tolerance.
- Present investment products and services that match client needs.
- Education
:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - Licensing
:
State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66. - Communication
:
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. - Motivation
:
Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to positively impact others’ lives. - Collaboration
:
Ability to work with top performers and learn from them. - Work Authorization
:
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- FINRA sponsorship to obtain required licensing.
- 120‑day comprehensive training period.
- Access to Virtual University for continuous learning.
- Mentorship and coaching from a local Vice President.
- Leadership Development School for managerial aspirations.
- Stable pay: $34,500 annually with biweekly schedule.
- Commissions and bonus eligible after training completion.
