Join our Trading team in New York The Options trading desk is looking for a trader to join the group's U.S. desk in New York. The trader will assist with trading options and equities—along with the possibility of other asset classes—on behalf of several of the firm's systematic and fundamental strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work in an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging working environment.

This role will involve executing options trades for our systematic and fundamental strategies, developing analytical and market monitoring tools, and managing counter party relationships.

• Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or higher, and an impressive record of academic and professional achievement.
• Strong interest in financial markets and computer programming skills are required.
• Well-developed quantitative and analytical aptitude with acute sensitivity to detail are essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
• The expected annual base salary for this position is $150,000 to $250,000. Our compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
