The Vice President of Investment Accounting for Real Estate will oversee accounting, reporting, and administration for real estate investment funds, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reports and NAV calculations. The role involves managing external relationships, leading audits, implementing new accounting standards, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize fund operations.

• Oversee external administration, accounting, and financial reporting for funds
• Review NAV packages and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Manage investor reporting, regulatory filings, and financial disclosures
• Enhance internal controls and risk management procedures
• Coordinate year-end audits and liaise with external auditors
• Implement new accounting standards affecting funds
• Review fund operating expenses and allocations
• Support regulatory data aggregation and filings
• Resolve operational issues in collaboration with external and internal teams
• Prepare internal reports on fund metrics and performance
• Lead projects and respond to ad hoc requests

• Minimum 10 years of experience in investment or fund accounting, including review roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory issues in alternative investments
• Experience with real estate, infrastructure, or private equity is a plus
• Fluency in Microsoft Office; bilingual in Spanish and English is highly desirable
