As the Head of the USWM Portfolio Advisory Group, (PAG) you will serve as the lead for investment solutions within U.S. Wealth Management, our mass affluent client channel. Partnering closely with CWM leadership to drive strategic priorities, investment flows, and the curation of the solutions offering across all asset classes, you will also look to leverage components of the USPB business to create scalable messaging and content.
You will lead a team of three direct reports and play a pivotal role in both maintaining business momentum and leading transformational change as the organization adopts new technology and platforms, including the rollout of Connect Wealth.
Our Team
The USWM Portfolio Advisory Group is a critical team within JPMorgan Wealth Management, responsible for providing comprehensive guidance and support on managed solutions—including multi-asset, equities, fixed income, and alternatives. The team partners with Solutions, Due Diligence, Product, and Field Advisors to ensure alignment with firm-wide investment priorities and deliver best-in-class support to clients and advisors.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead investment solutions for Chase Wealth Management (CWM),prioritizing and curating the solutions offering for the CWM client base across all asset classes. As part of that process, an in depth knowledge of our products will be critical.
- Partner with CWM leadership to drive investment priorities and flows, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead and develop a team of three direct reportsin the U.S., fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Present at National Calls and Training sessions,delivering clear, compelling communications to advisors and stakeholders.
- Drive the rollout and adoption of our new Unified Managed Account Program which includes leading change management efforts as advisors integrate new technology and platform capabilities into their business.
- Balance innovation and execution,ensuring business continuity while adopting new solutions and technology.
- Support advisors in navigating an expanding platform,by partnering with the Global Investment Strategy team and asset class partners providing expert guidance as the range of client solutions grows.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver seamless solutions and support, including third-party collateral and training materials.
- Represent the Portfolio Advisory Groupon key councils and committees, influencing the agenda and generating actionable insights for the business.
- Be part of a collaborative team that fosters continual learning across multiple topics including global macroeconomics, capital markets, and tax efficient investing
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Investment Solutions, or a related field
- Proven management experience, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong capital markets expertise and deep understanding of managed solutions, investment products, and portfolio construction
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively across functions and influence senior stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to large audiences and senior leadership
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to lead technology and platform change initiatives (Connect Wealth or similar)
- Experience in change management and business transformation
- Series 7 and Series 63 (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
- High standards of service, initiative, and integrity
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Advanced degree (CFA, MBA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Experience with alternatives, multi-asset strategies, and third-party solutions
