Position: Banking Operation Associate

Location: Manhattan, NY.

• Issue/Renew certificate of deposit (Fixed deposit)
• Follow up with fixed deposit documents
• Update changes in interest rates
• Receive and process customer check deposits

• Set up and update loan account details
• Process loan drawdown and rollovers
• Process loan disbursement (outgoing remittance)
• Process loan interest/principal payment
• Maintain updated AIR Factoring system records
• Process Incoming/Outgoing wire transfers
• Investigate/resolve inquiries on wire payment transactions
• Correct usage of FEDWIRE Direct and SWIFT wire payment systems
• Proper filing and maintaining records of wire payment instructions
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements on funds transfer activities
• Assist in regulatory inquiry of wire payment transactions

• Experience:
  
  Loan operation experience in financial services preferred
• Language skills:
  Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English preferred
• Software skills:
  Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Word processing

• Standard office environment; noise level in work environment is usually average
• Occasional off site client meetings and site visits
