A well-backed international insurance entity is seeking a Global Treasurer for a newly established position during a phase of accelerated scaling and organizational enhancement. Reporting to the CFO, this role will contribute significantly to operational stability and growth by directing treasury strategies, cash flow management, finance operations (including oversight of AP and AR), and overall financial optimization.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive treasury and finance operations experience within the insurance sector, ideally spanning brokerage, MGA, or carrier contexts, with profound expertise in cash management, banking relationships, financial systems, and FX/currency handling in European and cross-border environments, coupled with robust analytical abilities, clear communication, and proven guidance in complex, multi-entity global frameworks emphasizing an innovative, proactive mindset.
