The Financial Services Representative II builds and strengthens member relationships, introducing members to efficient banking options online, via mobile app, and ATMs. The role focuses on understanding members’ financial goals and recommending tailored solutions.

• High School degree or GED required;
  Bachelor’s in Business considered.
• Minimum two years of general work experience in customer service, call center or sales, and at least one year branch experience.
• Commissioned notary or ability to obtain a notary commission within six months.
• Experience with banking products, cross‑selling, onboarding, new account openings, retail banking, and banking software preferred.

• Work closely with new and existing members to understand their financial needs.
• Process routine and complex financial transactions accurately and quickly.
• Provide recommendations and assist members with a wide array of financial solutions.
• Educate members to bank efficiently using web, mobile, and ATM.
• Participate in off‑site membership development activities.
• Introduce members to internal specialists to help meet their goals.
• Use phone and e‑mail to perform regular member outreach, including outbound sales and follow‑ups.
• Handle escalated member issues when necessary.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
