Our client is a high-quality credit investment manager seeking to add an experienced capital formation professional to spearhead the continued growth of its investor base in North America, Europe and Asia.

The successful candidate will play a leading role in fundraising across the firm’s strategies, working closely with senior management and the investment team to deepen existing investor relationships and originate new capital from large and mid-tier LPs. The role is well suited to someone with a proven track record raising capital for credit and/or hedge fund strategies and strong connectivity across the US institutional investor landscape.

• Partner with senior fund leadership to design and execute capital raising initiatives with an initial emphasis on North American investors, before expanding coverage in 2026 to international LPs
• Originate and develop new relationships across endowments, foundations, pensions, insurance companies, consultants, family offices, fund‑of‑funds, and wealth channels
• Strengthen and expand existing LP relationships through regular engagement and strategic coverage
• Lead the preparation of marketing materials and manage fundraising campaigns, including roadshows and investor meetings

This role represents an opportunity to join a growing and entrepreneurial credit platform and to play a meaningful role in scaling the firm’s presence with North American/Global institutional investors. Candidates should have demonstrable experience raising capital in the US for credit and/or hedge fund strategies and the ability to operate effectively in a senior, externally facing capacity.
