Digital Assets​/Cryptocurrency Broker

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand CME Futures & Options activity, identifying new client opportunities and market niches within cryptocurrency and digital assets (bitcoin, ether, SOL, XRP etc.)
• Build out the U.S. ETF Options franchise and drive growth across listed and synthetic products in the digital assets space.
• Develop and manage a synthetic EFP / basis market, leveraging existing client connectivity.
• Collaborate across global desks to deliver cross-asset solutions and integrated client coverage, being the pointman for digital assets / crypto markets.
• Cultivate new client relationships while deepening existing partnerships in crypto markets.
• Stay close to the digital assets and cryptocurrency market; engaging with clients, attending industry events, and maintaining an up-to-the-minute understanding of evolving products and regulation.
• Contribute strategically to the growth of the U.S. digital‑assets business, identifying where traditional and emerging markets converge.
• Promote a proactive, risk‑aware culture while acting with integrity and commercial flair.

• Active U.S. securities licence | Series 7 & Series 63 required
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience broking equity options or delta‑one products.
• Strong commercial instinct with a proven ability to generate and grow revenue.
• Confident self‑starter who thrives on autonomy and ownership.
• Exceptional communicator and relationship‑builder.
• Collaborative mindset, capable of executing across multiple products and regions.
• Resilient and adaptable within fast‑moving markets.
• Genuine enthusiasm for digital assets, crypto markets and the intersection of traditional finance and new‑market innovation.
• Experience with hybrid (voice + screen) execution workflows.
• Exposure to CME Listed Cryptocurrencies / Digital Assets (bitcoin, ether, SOL, XRP etc.) preferred but not required.
