Concord Summit Capital LLC is a premier intermediary between sponsors and providers of capital in commercial real estate transactions, specializing in all asset classes including office, retail, land, multi‑family, mixed‑use, industrial, and hospitality.

Our headquarters are in Miami with regional offices in Los Angeles, Denver, and New York. We provide fee‑based structured debt and equity financing services, matching clients with capital opportunities from $3 million to $1 billion, and managing the complete underwriting, due diligence, negotiations, and closing process.

Position Summary

As Managing Director you will lead the origination, structuring, and execution of commercial real estate debt and equity transactions across multiple asset classes. Leveraging a broad network of developers, sponsors, and capital providers, you will drive revenue growth and spearhead business‑development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate, structure, and close debt and equity transactions across multifamily, office, hospitality, retail, industrial, and mixed‑use properties.
  • Build and manage client relationships with sponsors, developers, and institutional or private capital sources to deliver tailored financing solutions.
  • Maintain a robust network of capital sources, including banks, private equity funds, private lenders, hedge funds, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Lead the full transaction lifecycle from origination to closing, overseeing negotiations, structuring, and documentation.
  • Conduct client pitches, financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third‑party advisors to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Expand access to domestic and international capital sources through distribution networks of intermediaries and strategic partners.
  • Oversee underwriting, financial modeling, due diligence, and preparation of investment memoranda and offering materials.
  • Represent Concord Summit Capital at industry events and client engagements.
  • Monitor market trends, capital‑market conditions, and emerging investment opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in commercial real estate capital markets, structured finance, or investment banking, with a record of originating and closing debt and equity transactions.
  • Established book of business and active network of sponsors, developers, and capital sources.
  • Strong connections to banks, private lenders, equity funds, family offices, and high‑net‑worth investors.
  • Ability to source, structure, negotiate, and close transactions across diverse CRE asset classes.
  • Success executing transactions across a range of property types and capital structures.
  • International capital‑raising experience and global investor networks desirable.
  • Expertise in capital‑markets strategy, transaction structuring, and client advisory.
  • Exceptional leadership in deal execution, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of capital structures, financing instruments, and market dynamics.
  • Advanced negotiation, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, underwriting, and market analysis.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • State real‑estate sales associate or broker license preferred.
