Vice President/Senior Vice President, Co‑Investment

What role will you play?

You will be part of the Global Co‑investment team, designing equity strategies for our consortium‑led buyouts and for our post‑acquisition syndications, raising equity and allocating co‑investment opportunities, establishing and negotiating commercial terms, and managing ongoing relationships with co‑investors. Your responsibilities will include supporting transaction teams and the investment committees with co‑investment strategic advice and execution support. You’ll also create, negotiate and oversee bespoke strategic partnership agreements with some of the world’s largest institutional investors to maximise the benefit to our clients.

Salary range for this position: $220,500 – $300,000/ Year. Actual base salary may vary based on relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What you bring
  • Strong technical investment, analytical experience and commercial/ negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities, balancing competing objectives.
  • Experience in managing co‑investment transactions or leading capital‑formation work streams (ideal).
  • Proven capability in negotiating and agreeing commercial terms with investment partners.
  • Investment experience either in asset management or investment banking (ideal).
