This full‑time on‑site position in Queens, NY, requires a Mortgage Loan Officer to assist clients in securing mortgage loans by evaluating their financial needs, recommending suitable loan programs, and guiding them through the application process. Responsibilities include processing loan applications, maintaining client relationships, obtaining necessary documentation, collaborating with underwriters, ensuring compliance with lending regulations, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the process.

• Experience as a Loan Officer with a strong understanding of the Mortgage Industry and mortgage lending practices.
• Knowledge of underwriting procedures and loan evaluation processes.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Stellar attention to detail and in‑depth understanding of state and federal lending regulations.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for mortgage processing.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Active NMLS license or ability to obtain one.
