We are seeking a high-performing Senior Financial Consultant to drive accounting and financial operations and serve as a trusted financial partner to our clients, who range from pre-revenue startups to private equity-backed companies. This position requires deep accounting and financial knowledge, a client-first mindset, and a strong problem-solving skillset.

You will work with founders, business leaders, and internal experts to design solutions, execute value-add services, and drive partnerships forward. You will also get firsthand access to our proprietary AI solutions, helping us build cutting-edge, AI-enabled workflows.

• Drive Full-Cycle Financial Operations: Manage end-to-end financial operations within core ERPs, including Quick Books Online. This includes executing month-end closes, bank reconciliations, double-entry accounting, historical clean-up, and complex accounts receivable/payable processing to ensure all data is precise, organized, and tax-ready. You’ll also help design and implement solutions for clients to set them up for success.
• Lead Financial Analysis & Reporting: Go beyond data entry to conduct in-depth analysis of Balance Sheets, P&Ls, and Cash Flow statements. You will ensure reporting accuracy for large, complex client accounts and translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Own Client Relationships & Advisory: Working alongside Partners, serve as the primary account manager and strategic partner for founders and executives. You will support the full client lifecycle with excellent professionalism—from onboarding and retention to proactive communication—providing expert guidance on financial operations and systems that deepens engagement and drives long-term value.
• Champion AI & Tech-Enablement: Utilize our proprietary AI tools and automation to increase workflow efficiency. You will act as the "human in the loop," working alongside product and engineering teams to refine our dynamic platform while implementing scalable solutions to streamline client processes.
• Coordinate with Delivery Teams & Ensure Quality: Coordinate tasks with our delivery teams to ensure work is completed accurately and on time. You will serve as the final checkpoint for quality—maintaining tight processes, reviewing deliverables, and tracking detailed documentation.
