Financial Strategy & Leadership

• Owning the firm’s financial strategy, forecasting, and long-term planning as we scale.
• Strengthening financial reporting, analytics, and portfolio oversight.
• Guiding capital markets strategy and optimizing capital structures.

Deal Execution Support

• Working closely with our investment team on modeling, diligence, credit decisions, and deal execution.
• Assessing risk, portfolio performance, and growth opportunities across our lending strategy.

Operational Strength & Efficiency

• Building a strong financial foundation—systems, processes, and controls that support growth without adding unnecessary layers.
• Leading accounting, budgeting, compliance, treasury, and overall financial operations.

Team Leadership & Growth

• Developing and mentoring a high-performing finance team.
• Acting as a trusted partner to leadership, bringing insights that shape firm direction.

We’d love to meet you if you have:

• Executive-level finance experience within private credit, direct lending, private equity, or a comparable financial environment.
• Strong exposure to credit, deals, underwriting, and portfolio management.
• A builder’s mindset, resourceful, hands‑on, and energized by fast‑paced environments.

• The ability to operate without bureaucracy and help create structure that supports growth.
