About the Role
We're looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join the Pinnacle Private Credit team and play a central role in our next stage of growth. This is an opportunity for a leader who enjoys building, collaborating, and shaping how a growing firm operates.
You’ll partner directly with our executive and investment teams, help drive financial strategy, strengthen operations, and ensure we’re positioned for long-term, scalable success.

What You’ll Be Responsible ForFinancial Strategy & Leadership
- Owning the firm’s financial strategy, forecasting, and long-term planning as we scale.
- Strengthening financial reporting, analytics, and portfolio oversight.
- Guiding capital markets strategy and optimizing capital structures.
Deal Execution Support
- Working closely with our investment team on modeling, diligence, credit decisions, and deal execution.
- Assessing risk, portfolio performance, and growth opportunities across our lending strategy.
Operational Strength & Efficiency
- Building a strong financial foundation—systems, processes, and controls that support growth without adding unnecessary layers.
- Leading accounting, budgeting, compliance, treasury, and overall financial operations.
Team Leadership & Growth
- Developing and mentoring a high-performing finance team.
- Acting as a trusted partner to leadership, bringing insights that shape firm direction.
We’d love to meet you if you have:
- Executive-level finance experience within private credit, direct lending, private equity, or a comparable financial environment.
- Strong exposure to credit, deals, underwriting, and portfolio management.
- A builder’s mindset, resourceful, hands‑on, and energized by fast‑paced environments.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- The ability to operate without bureaucracy and help create structure that supports growth.
- You’ll directly influence the future of a growing direct lender.
- You’ll work alongside a team that values transparency, speed, and straight‑forward problem‑solving.
