Mid-Level/Senior Attorney - Private Equity Debt Finance (Structured Finance) – A top-rated law firm seeks a highly qualified associate with four or more years of legal experience to join their Private Equity Debt Finance (Structured Finance) – Mid-Level/Senior Associate practice. Specific experience to include representing borrowers and/or lenders in connection with asset-based loans, structured financing transactions, securitizations or warehouse loans. The position requires strong project management and drafting skills.

• Represent borrowers and/or lenders in asset-based loans, structured financing transactions, securitizations or warehouse loans.
• Drafting and negotiation of collateral documents, disclosure schedules, loan amendments, and other loan transaction documents.
• Demonstrate strong project management and drafting skills in support of loan transactions.

• Four or more years of legal experience, with comparable law firm experience preferred.
• Experience representing borrowers and/or lenders in asset-based loans, structured financing transactions, securitizations or warehouse loans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly).
