Banking Associate – Dyker Heights

TD Bank seeks a 20‑hour Banking Associate in Brooklyn, New York. The position requires bilingual Mandarin‑Cantonese or Spanish skills.

• Process everyday banking transactions on the teller line or at the platform.
• Open new deposit accounts and educate customers on TD’s banking products and services.
• Deliver end‑to‑end customer advice, building trust with educational content, providing consultative support, and advocating with proactive insights.
• Use TD’s systems to acquire and deepen relationships by providing advice and guidance to attract and retain customers.
• Identify opportunities to promote and educate on products, services, and/or refer customers to the appropriate team member or internal partner.
• Service customers on the teller line and platform: opening/closing personal deposit accounts, everyday bank transactions, debit card/credit card issues, regulation E, mobile and online banking.
• Manage lead‑generation activities: self‑generated leads, partner/retail referral leads or campaign leads, customer outreach (outbound calls, SMS), setting/hosting appointments, and lead prioritization.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience in any capacity (volunteer, education, or military experience preferred).
• Teller experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.
• Able to complete required teller and platform training upon hire.
