Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial operations for a high-growth CPG organization.

This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while working with a collaborative, entrepreneurial team.

• Lead month-end close process and prepare consolidated financial statements per GAAP
• Oversee accounting, AR/AP, cash management, and treasury functions with 3 direct reports
• Deliver financial insights and KPIs to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Implement financial controls and drive process improvements to support strategic growth initiatives

• CPA license required
• 10+ years senior accounting experience with team management
• CPG industry experience preferred
• Asset Based Lending/Collateral Reporting experience preferred
• Private equity environment experience preferred
• MBA preferred
