I'm working with one of the fastest-growing investment banks, and we’re seeking an Equity Research Associate to join their Biotech coverage team. This is a hands-on role at a dynamic mid-market bank, offering exposure to cutting-edge biotech companies and the opportunity to contribute directly to research that drives institutional investment and strategic deals.

• 3-5 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, consulting, or buy-side/healthcare investing

• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Solid knowledge of biotech and life sciences, including familiarity with clinical and regulatory processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Conduct in-depth fundamental research on public and private biotech companies.
• Build and maintain financial models, including forecasts, valuations, and scenario analysis.
• Analyze clinical data, product pipelines, and regulatory developments to support investment theses.
• Draft research reports and company updates for institutional clients.
• Support senior analysts on company meetings, calls, and due diligence for potential deals.
