Vice President​/Senior Associate- Investment Banking, Advisory and Capital Markets Group

We are seeking a Vice President or Senior Associate to join our Investment Banking, Advisory and Capital Markets team based in our New York City office.

You will be a key player in the formulation and execution of our Investment Banking, Advisory and Capital Markets team’s strategy. You will work both independently and together with analysts, associates and more senior bankers, in preparing marketing pitches, formulating and reviewing financial analysis, and making client presentations. You will be responsible for executing transactions. The candidate will be required to have strong skills in the major product areas of Investment Banking, Advisory or Capital Markets, and demonstrate the ability to become a senior officer who is capable of generating and executing his/her own transactions.

• 5-10 Years of prior work experience in capital markets, investment banking or M&A
• Experience in financial advisory or with alternative products, such as SPACs, is a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals and clients
• High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail
• Experience in executing debt and/or equity new issue transactions
• Ability to create and deliver client presentations
• Ability to work independently and with initiative in an entrepreneurial environment
• Possess leadership qualities and personal integrity
• FINRA Series 7, 63 & 79
