A leading global large cap investment bank is seeking a Vice President to join its high-performing Leveraged Finance team in New York, with a dedicated focus on the Energy sector (including Metals & Mining, Energy, and Energy Transition).
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution of leveraged finance transactions, including LBOs, refinancings, and acquisition financings.
- Manage deal processes end-to-end, coordinating with sponsors, internal product teams, and sector coverage.
- Oversee credit analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, and preparation of lender and rating agency materials.
- Support origination efforts, leveraging strong sponsor and corporate relationships.
- Mentor and manage junior team members.
