TKO owns iconic properties including UFC, the world’s premier mixed martial arts organization; WWE, the global leader in sports entertainment; and P , the world’s premier bull riding organization. Together, these properties reach 1 billion households across 210 countries and territories and organize more than 500 live events year-round, attracting more than three million fans.

** What You’ll Do
** The Manager, Consolidation, Reporting & Compliance supports the Controller in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and audit readiness of On Location’s consolidated financial results across all entities — with a focus on the FIFA World Cup 2026 program.
This full-time contract role combining corporate consolidation and reporting responsibilities with direct involvement in FIFA-related audit coordination, compliance monitoring, and control governance. You’ll help maintain clean, transparent, and audit-ready financial reporting in one of the most complex, high-visibility programs in On Location’s global portfolio.
*

**** Consolidation & Reporting (Core / Global)
*** Assist in the consolidation of all On Location entities under U.S. GAAP, including FIFA World Cup, Olympic, and core operations.
* Prepare and review entries, intercompany eliminations, and key reconciliations.
* Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements, internal reporting packages, and audit schedules.
* Maintain accuracy of consolidated financial data in Net Suite/SAP and ensure alignment with TKO Group reporting standards.
* Support process standardization and control documentation across global entities.
** FIFA Compliance, Audit & Controls
*** Coordinate the preparation and submission of audit deliverables for FIFA World Cup 2026 across U.S., Mexico, and Canada entities.
* Serve as a key Controllership liaison for FIFA, internal, and external auditors — ensuring complete, timely, and compliant audit responses.
* Monitor adherence to FIFA’s financial and contractual compliance framework, including KPI-linked service credits, reporting timelines, and audit outcomes.
* Maintain audit-ready documentation, including reconciliations, control matrices, and support schedules.
* Track and support remediation of audit findings and control deficiencies.
* Partner closely with the FIFA Controller to ensure alignment of accounting practices and audit outcomes across jurisdictions.
** Governance & Continuous Improvement
*** Support the implementation of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) within consolidation and FIFA accounting processes.
* Contribute to the design and documentation of standardized, repeatable close-to-report workflows.
* Collaborate with Finance Operations, FP&A, and Treasury to strengthen reporting accuracy and control compliance.
* Support Controllership’s readiness for SOX and SAP transformation initiatives.
** You Have
*** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
* 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, consolidation, or audit-focused financial reporting.
* Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal control frameworks, and multi-entity reporting environments.
* Experience with international audits or large-scale event accounting preferred (FIFA, Olympics, or similar).
* ERP proficiency (Net Suite or SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail, documentation discipline, and analytical ability.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with high visibility and global stakeholders.
