We are retained by a highly successful, privately owned international financial services recruitment group that is expanding its US platform and investing in the next phase of team growth. These hires will join an established business with live client relationships, strong leadership, and a clear mandate to scale. While experience in Legal, Risk, or Compliance is particularly relevant, the brief is deliberately flexible for strong billers operating across adjacent financial and professional services markets.
We are therefore open to speaking with individuals working in other financial services disciplines, including functional, regulatory, governance, audit, advisory, transformation-focused practices, and financial services technology.
The platform offers a commercially attractive environment for high performers, with remuneration structured to reward sustained billing performance, client development, and contribution to the wider growth of the business.
Responsibilities- Deliver end-to-end recruitment assignments across retained and contingent mandates.
- Build and manage senior client relationships.
- Develop new business alongside expanding existing accounts.
- Contribute to team growth and the continued evolution of the US platform.
- Proven billing track record within recruitment.
- Experience with in financial services, legal, regulatory, or closely related markets.
- Strong client and candidate relationship management capability.
- Commercial, delivery-focused, and comfortable operating in a growth environment.
- Open to deepening a specialism or broadening sector coverage over time.
