An innovative, publicly traded infrastructure and technology company is seeking an Assistant Controller to join its expanding accounting leadership team. • Public-company exposure with real scale, complexity, and growth
• High-visibility seat partnering closely with Finance, Audit, and leadership
• Opportunity to help build and mature accounting processes as the business expands
• Strong balance of technical accounting, reporting, and operational ownership
• Company operating at the forefront of AI, cloud, and sustainable infrastructure

• Support month-end and quarter-end close
  , ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Assist with preparation and review of financial statements and supporting schedules
• Participate in multi-entity consolidations and complex reporting
• Partner with Finance on SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K) and related disclosures
• Maintain and enhance SOX controls
  , documentation, and compliance
• Support internal and external audits
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements as the company scales

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Mix of public accounting + private industry (Big 4 strongly preferred)
• Experience in a public company environment
• Strong knowledge of SEC reporting and SOX controls
• Hands-on experience with multi-entity consolidations
• Advanced Excel skills; exposure to modern ERPs (Workday a plus)
• CPA preferred
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
