* Lead the financial reporting process in compliance with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners regulations for Life Insurance.
* Manage the financial reserving activities, ensuring adherence to best practices in Health Insurance financial reserving and reporting.
* Oversee the preparation of regulatory reports and documents ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards.
* Act as a key financial advisor to the senior management team, providing strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.## Key Skills
* Extensive experience in regulatory reporting specifically aligned with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ standards for Life Insurance.
* Proficient in financial reserving and reporting for Health Insurance.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
