This role is for someone that does not want to spend the next 5-10 years stuck in Powerpoint, audit or back office finance.

You will operate inside of some of the most ambitious VC and PE backed companies in the US, working directly with founders, CEO's COO's and CFOs while they scale from revenues of $5M- $100M+. You will think like an operator, advise like a CFO and build systems that actually run businesses. If your long term goal is to become a number one of a category defining startup, this role compresses that timeline dramatically.

You will make complex financial management linear and clear for business leaders by delivering a premium, white glove, service to growing businesses across the US with 10- 250+ employees.

The team is led by industry veterans with CFO and Big 4 CPA experience and focuses on building financial processes using modern systems that scale and provide leverage to exciting clients across the entire tech landscape.

This position is ideal for someone that wants to sharpen their operating finance skillset and progress towards becoming a future CFO.

• Own and manage financial operations for multiple high-growth clients
• Deliver high-quality accounting, reporting, and advisory outputs
• Build and maintain best-in-class financial models (forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis)
• Partner directly with founders and executive teams on strategic decisions
• Design and implement scalable financial processes using modern tech stacks
• Support fundraising, board reporting, and investor communication
• Identify opportunities to improve client financial clarity and operating leverage
• Contribute to firm growth, including bringing in new client relationships (uncapped upside)

• Tier 1 Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Management Consulting experience
• Strong academic track record
• Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgment
• Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable in fast-growth environments
• Long-term aspiration to become a CFO of a high-growth US startup
• Comfortable working across multiple clients and priorities
