** Responsibilities
* * Associates are an integral part of Houlihan Lokey’s business activities and play a key role in the delivery of exceptional service to our clients around the globe. Houlihan Lokey hires Associates to work specifically as part of industry aligned teams, assisting with a variety of investment banking services and transactions.

This position will be based in Houlihan Lokey’s New York office, working with their established team of Industrials Group bankers. Corporate Finance associates support all facets of new business development and investment banking engagements by:
* Building relationships and maintaining direct contact with current and prospective clients
* Participating in end-to-end transaction execution including:
* Preparing client marketing presentations
* Analyzing historical and projected financial information
* Developing complex financial and valuation models
* Coordinating transaction execution and performing business due diligence
* Participating in the development of recommendations to clients alongside senior bankers
* Managing and supervising junior banking team members
** Qualifications
