Rialto invests and manages assets throughout the real estate capital structure in real estate properties, loans and securities. Rialto’s Investment Management Team is responsible for identifying, structuring and executing investments on behalf of Rialto sponsored investment vehicles through our Credit, Equity and Special Situations teams. In addition to targeted positions that may be posted below, our IM Team is always looking for top professional talent for our New York City NY, Santa Monica CA, and Miami FL offices – from interns, to analysts, to seasoned pros.

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop. The Associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Evening and/or weekend work may be necessary to meet deadlines. This description outlines the basic tasks and requirements for the position noted.
