Overview
Our client is a private credit manager focused on providing secured financing to middle-market companies. The firm works with both sponsor-backed and non-sponsored businesses across a range of industries, offering flexible capital solutions.
Responsibilities- Review and reconcile valuation reports and supporting documents
- Support deal transaction closing process by coordinating documentation and funding
- Assist coordination of quarterly valuations performed by external pricing vendors
- Support investor and management reporting and regulatory reports
- Support and manage installation of loan operations and portfolio management systems
- Provide data for management dashboards and risk monitoring
- Identify and resolve data integrity issues across systems
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of related middle office experience
- CPA preferred
- Ability to build new and existing processes
- Ability to interact with investors, auditors, and senior executives
$95,000-$140,000
