We are a leading recruitment agency representing a prestigious client in the Insurance industry. Our client, a well-established entity with a strong focus on Life and Health Insurance products, is currently seeking a seasoned Interim Financial Controller to join their dynamic Finance department.

• Lead the financial reporting process in compliance with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners regulations for Life Insurance.
• Manage the financial reserving activities, ensuring adherence to best practices in Health Insurance financial reserving and reporting.
• Oversee the preparation of regulatory reports and documents ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Act as a key financial advisor to the senior management team, providing strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections.

• Extensive experience in regulatory reporting specifically aligned with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ standards for Life Insurance.
• Proficient in financial reserving and reporting for Health Insurance.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
