Our client, a global integrated natural resources and trading company, is seeking a Tax Analyst to join its growing tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, hands-on tax professional to step into a dynamic role within a leading global organization, working closely with top senior tax leaders in the industry.
Responsibilities- Preparation of federal 1120, 1120F and state tax returns.
- Preparation of Forms 5472.
- Compiling tax group information.
- Assisting with restructuring / realignment of business.
- 4+ years of experience in tax.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance and or Tax.
- Excellent Excel Operating knowledge.
- Knowledge of Thomson One Source.
- Experience in Tax Provision (ASC 740).
- Big Four background is a plus.
