Aboutthe role
- Deal Analysis: Build financial models and evaluate potential investments across real estate, private credit, and hard assets.
- Due Diligence: Assist in reviewing market data, property details, and financial documents to support investment decisions.
- Transaction Support: Help structure and execute acquisitions, developments, and financing deals.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Track performance of existing investments, prepare updates, and flag potential risks or opportunities.
- Market Research: Research trends in Southeast and Sunbelt markets to identify new opportunities and support strategy.
