A Professional Services Firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced tax professional to join their team as a Tax Senior Associate.

• Manage client relationships and serve as a point of contact for tax compliance and planning matters.
• Review tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, and related entities.
• Develop tax planning strategies based on clients’ financial goals and changing circumstances.
• Research complex tax issues and advise clients on relevant federal, state, and local requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve tax outcomes while maintaining compliance.
• Review the work of junior team members and provide technical guidance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in individual tax compliance and planning.
• Experience with complex individual, trust, or estate tax returns.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax requirements.
• Strong client communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff preferred.
