Wedbush Securities islooking for an Intern to join our team. We are looking for an eagerand focused intern who is passionate about a career in financial services.

The Summer Analyst position for 2027 will be located in New York.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Provide transaction support to senior bankers on a broad range of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, secondary offerings,private placements, mergers & acquisitions and valuations
- Manage several concurrent projects and work effectively as part ofa team or individually
- Assist in preparation of company marketing and transactions materials
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling
- Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
- Major/Minor in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting
- GPA of 3.3 or higher
- Excellent quantitative/math skills and agility with numbers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize daily work flow
- Requires high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong computer/software skills and ability to learn new software
- Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned

The reasonable estimate of the compensation range for thisrole has not been adjusted for a applicable geographic location.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $30.00 an hour . Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety offactors including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
