Associate, Investment Reporting

We're partnering with a growing asset manager in NYC on an Investment Reporting hire. This role sits within the investment operations team and works closely with investment professionals, focused on performance reporting, data validation, and portfolio analytics across a range of private credit strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver recurring performance and portfolio reports, including analysis of returns, exposures, and portfolio activity.
• Work with large datasets to validate and reconcile investment data across systems, custodians, and internal teams.
• Support reporting around NAV, cash flows, and portfolio-level metrics.
• Partner with investment, operations, and accounting teams to investigate and resolve data discrepancies.
• Contribute to improving reporting processes, automation, and overall data integrity.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders and investors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in investment reporting, performance reporting, fund operations, or related function.
• Experience with in asset management or exposure to credit/fixed income or alternative investments.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills; experience working with large datasets and performing reconciliations.
• Exposure to performance metrics such as returns, cash flows, or attribution is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
