Part-time position in the Corporate Income Tax department. Hours are between 15-20 hours generally. However, more than 30 hours are needed rs are generally flexible.

• Scanning/Copying/Organizing files
• Mailing
• Filing and other ad hoc projects involving using Excel, Word, Adobe
• Reconciling/tracking federal and state tax notices
• Preparing journal entries and other tax forms/work papers

• College graduate majoring in accounting/tax.
• Motivated, diligent learner who is able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and be proactive in maintaining quality/status of work
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe
• Ability to work efficiently independently and in a team environment

* base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
