Join Crédit Agricole CIB's Distribution and Asset Rotation (DAR) Americas team as a US Analyst supporting our Corporate / Investment Grade CLF Distribution desk. You'll play a hands-on role in the full lifecycle of syndicated transactions - from origination and pricing through to closing and execution - while gaining broad exposure across Leveraged Finance, LATAM Corporate IG, Fund Solutions, and Digital Infrastructure.

Team Leader of Corporate Distribution

DAR Americas

• Prepare internal credit documents including DAR Opinions, Market Reads, and liquidity analyses
• Build and maintain databases covering structuring comparables and investor analytics
• Develop marketing materials such as pitches, teasers, and lender presentations
• Support primary syndication activities: investor outreach, data site maintenance, and syndication tracking
• Participate in drafting and negotiating legal term sheets, commitment documents, and credit agreements alongside internal and external counsel
• Coordinate across credit, legal, relationship management, middle office, operations, and senior management to ensure accurate and timely deal execution
• Prepare post-closing documentation including fee memos and closing memos
